A black hole is called a black hole because nothing gets out of it and it consumes everything that comes into it, even light. So as no light comes out of it, it has no colour. So looking at it you would see no colours at all, hence black.

There is an idea of a white hole, which continually pours out matter, and you can never go into it. It is white because all wavelengths of light come out of it, making white. However no one has ever seen one of these and they may not exist.

Other colours are not really possible, in this all or nothing scenario. A red hole would actually be a star effectively.

Well following the logic that black holes do not emit light, and white holes emit all light, then red holes would emit only red light. Being that all objects emit a spectrum of light depending on what temperature they are (which is why metals glow red, then white, then blue hot. Look up black body radiation to read more) an object which only emitted red light would have to have no temperature, which doesn’t make any sense.
