If your are talking about teleporting humans, with the science we know this is not possible. The transfer of matter (in this case a human) violates the laws of physics that we currently know. It would be amazing if it were possible though!

As far as we understand, you’d have to take every atom in the human body, move it somewhere else, and then put them back together again. It would take a huge amount of energy, and usually removing many atoms from people makes them dead. Apparently we’ve been able to teleport electrons and photons, but there’s a long, long, long way to go until we get anything useful

We haven’t been able to teleport yet (and are unlikely to be able to for a long long time) but earlier this year a group of scientists published a paper claiming to have teleported information between electrons which is a big step in quantum technology. This science alert article about the study has more info: https://www.sciencealert.com/physicists-have-teleported-information-between-particles-of-matter-for-the-first-time
